The Champagne Field Dress is a prairie style dress with patch pockets and an optional patchwork view with inseam pockets. The front and back bodice include soft gathers that sit above the bust.
View A is a mini dress hitting above the knee with a flutter sleeve. View B is a midi dress hitting mid calf with a high-low hem and gathered puff sleeves finished with a wide elastic cuff. View C is a babydoll style top with soft gathers above the bust and a flowing bell sleeve — semi cropped, hitting just below the natural waist.
This pattern also includes a bonus modern style ruffle sleeve that is easy to construct and interchangeable between views, as well as pattern pieces and instructions for a square neck hack.

Fabric Recommendations:
The Champagne Field Dress is designed for light to midweight woven fabrics. For a crisp, structured silhouette, choose cotton shirting, lightweight twill, or linen blends. For a softer, more relaxed drape, opt for washed linen, lightweight cotton, or other breathable woven fabrics with movement. When sewing patchwork, use fabrics with similar weights to ensure even gathers and a balanced finish.
